How long does shipping take?
We usually ship our order within 48 hours, unless there is a special occasion (e.g. company trip, event closure, etc.) In such cases, we will inform you in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at the moment. However, we're working hard to expand our business globally. Thank you for your patience and support!
How to refund?
All products and services sold are final and not eligible for return or exchange. In the case of product defects, please contact us for further assistance regarding a refund.
How long does individual D.I.Y. workshop takes?
The perfume-making workshop usually takes approximately 1 hour. If you require additional time for selecting ingredients or content creation, you are more than welcome to do so. We recommend allocating extra time to ensure a relaxed experience.
Is there anything I should take note before joining your workshop?
Try to avoid wearing strong perfume before the workshop — it can overwhelm your nose and make it harder to smell the ingredients clearly.
Do I have to make appointment in advance?
Walk-ins are welcomed, but we suggest making an appointment to avoid peak hours or times when we have in-house events — it helps us serve you better!
Do you do workshop for events too?
Absolutely! From birthday parties and wedding dinners to brand activations and VIP events — we've done it all. Check out our past clients above and reach out to see how we can make your event extra special!
How long is each session for events workshop?
It really depends on what you're looking for! We can offer a quick 5-minute 'Scentsational Experience' for guests who just want a fun scent activity, of a full 1-hour hands-on perfume workshop for something more immersive. Tell us your needs and we'll customize the experience just for you!
Can the workshop content be customized to align with our own theme or philosophy?
Definitely! Just let us know your event theme, and we'll customize the content to fit perfectly — we love creating something special for each occasion!
Can the prices for event workshop be adjusted based on budget?
Of course — we understand that everyone has different budget considerations! We offer a variety of scented product activities, and you can choose from different product types and sizes to best suit your budget.
Do you offer on-site services? How is the cost calculated?
Yes, we do offer on-site services. For locations in Klang Valley, there is no additional charges — the quotation will be the final price, inclusive of all workshop materials, instructor guidance, and packaging. For locations outside the Klang Valley, transportation fees will apply, starting from RM250 to RM450 depending on the distance.
What is the maximum capacity for event workshop?
The maximum capacity we can accommodate depends on the event venue and setup. We are able to cater for up 500 pax (or maybe more), but this will vary based on the event flow and overall arrangement.
What types of workshops do you offer?
We've got all things scent covered — from perfume-making to scented sachets and reed diffuser workshops. But we're not just about fragrance — we bring creativity and fun to your event, making it truly memorable!
Do you accept orders for OEM / door gifts?
Yes, absolutely! Whether you're a business owner looking to add scented products to your product line, want to create a signature scent to diffuse in your shop, or need custom scented door gifts for your wedding or event guests — we're here to help bring your ideas to life!
